Music Tube Policies & Guidelines:

These guidelines are designed to keep things clear and organized.

 

Tuition Payment

  • Lesson fees are due at the beginning of each month.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a lesson.

  • You may reschedule one lesson per month.

  • Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Holidays

  • Lessons will not be held on official holidays, unless we agree in advance to schedule a make-up class.
